Sarah Bolor,
lcsw,
Clinical supervisor
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced infant loss and birth mothers who have placed their child in an adoptive home. Working through this grief with a clinician who understands your emotions can serve as a beginning to the healing process. I will create a warm and inviting space to assist you in regaining control over your emotional response, improving communication within personal relationships, and develop inner strength. It is my goal to support you through this season of life.
I also work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. I have specialty training in evidence-based treatment including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindful Based Practices, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
